“I requested a AM appointment. They called around 8:30 stating they had someone call in sick and would not be able to make it in the morning, but he was able to get to me by 1pm, so considering the circumstances, everything was fine. Very quick installation. Would def recommend. ”

“I would have given the techs nothing but good reviews, but while they were removing the back glass, they cut two cables, which shorted out my backup camera, which I will have to fix at my cost. I would not suggest these people to anyone who has electronics near their glass. I will not return or give recommendation for this company. Very great at getting me a quick spot for repair though.”

“I was pleased. They came out a few hours later than originally planned, but they did call to let me know. They replaced the glass in the parking lot and called me w/in the hour to let me know it was done. The window looks good as new. Their price was the most competitive, which is why I went with Accuracy Glass, and the quality seems to be just like new.”

“I ended up having two installers and one had to come back twice. There was a mixup with which glass I actually ordered (front/vs back). The first installer could not get the correct glass in because he said it was defective. A second installer came with a new glass but was able to use the first one. So it was many phone calls and many trips out to the car but they were very courteous and professional ”

“any company can do it...but this installer was a cut above and did an excellent job.”

“No hassle on my side. They came to my office and replaced windshield while I was at work. Took 5 minutes of my time. Dealer price was nearly $1,500 more, plus I would have had to drop the car at the dealer and leave it there all day. I would have also had to wait for an appointment until the dealer could schedule with the glass company they used. It was crazy to think I would pay the dealer that much when they were probably going to use the same company that I was able to contact directly.”
