“Absolutely fantastic service. Got the job done quickly, and when I noticed there was a major issue with the glass (my heads up display was massively distorted), these guys gave me back my money and took the issue up with their supplier (internet search revealed a batch of bad glass floating around for BMWs). I would strongly recommend working with Alliance over Safelite (30% more expensive!).”

“Quality Product, Order processed by a Pleasantly Professional Sales Rep, Installed by a Skilled Worker (within 24 hours of Order Placement) In 10 years of driving I've never had a broken windshield/glass issue, so I was completely uneducated in the the process/industry as a whole. Then one thing I did know was that my windshield needed a complete replacement. Upon doing my research, I signed up for a free price quote through Glass.net. The morning following,Glass Guru, had left me a detailed message and provided contact info if I was interested in learning more about their glass installation services or had questions. I independently shopped around via the net getting a price from a highly recommended competitor (in addition to 3 other price quotes one from my auto insurer) I decided to take a risk and invest in a company that I hadn't heard of and actually was reluctant in trusting due to a low BBB rating. Despite some adverse testimonials regarding Glass Guru's customer service, I decided to take the risk due to an incredible price which, Sergio "the informative and pleasant sales rep" provided at a considerably lower price than leaders in the industry who actually have lower quality glass and overall service that was underwhelming considering they did NOT include services such as coming to your desired replacement location, disposable for the removed windshield, or tax in their quotes. Auto Guru provided all aforementioned services/particulars in their quoting which was actually less than my final cost due to wiggle room to negotiate or apply a promo code. Glass Guru carries OEM glass which is of the highest standard and quality (for both economy and luxury vehicles). The installation day was another pleasant surprise due to the efficiency, professionalism, and speediness of a perfectly shiny new windshield on my BMW 328xi. Thank you Glass Guru Team!!! S.L. “Couldn't believe that I got a call within a minute of registering online. The installer was very prompt and friendly. He certainly knew his job, and the price was the best I found. The whole experience was nothing like the glass company I dealt with first, who didn't have my appointment scheduled when I got there, and charged extra to come to the house.”

“Great service. Tony arrived on time and the entire job was done in my driveway in less than 1 hour. He uses Pilkington glass which is the exact same as the BMW OEM supplier. His job was through, tidy and flawless. The price of $300 is way less than what a dealer would have charged.”
