“The call center was horrible! I was scheduled for am on Monday June 26th. My husband took off work until 1pm. I started calling at 830 am for an eta or to find out where on the list of am's I was. No knowledge... i had to correct the invoice as well cause they put a windsheid initially when my online request as well as my telephone discussion 2 days before said it was right front passanger window. That issue did get resolvrd but never communicated to the technician until late. I was nost upset becausr I made numerous calls and told, we sent him a message and he will call you. No call. My husband left for work and i had to come home early to wait. Next call, 1200 pm, They patched me to technician Joey, I left a message, no call. Next time at 330 pm they patched me through again and did not tell the tech the customer was on the phone so he thought I was the call center. He was expressing his frustration because his truck had been in shop for 6 hours and he had sketchy cell service and was freaking up bad. When he found out i was the customer, he apologized but I totally understand because i felt the same frustration. The call center needs better communication with the techs. Joey had infirmed his manager his truck was in shop for repairs in morning. Clients should have been called!! Communication between techs, call center, and clients need to improve. Joey did a great job and was just the kindest guy. Please try to make some internal improments to make a better work environment for the techs, call center and ultimately the clients.”
