He explained to me that his technician were to arrive between 2pm and 3pm but to surprise he showed up earlier while I was returning home from my errands which he politely gave me a call notifying me that he was a my residents which was hours a head of my intended scheduled time and when I arrived he was already at work prepping the damaged window for removal and the technician also notified me on the length of time it will take him to complete his mission very, Very professional.
