“Upon arrival they had just unpacked the window to find it was the wrong tint. I had made the appointment with one day to prepare and get the window in and check it. I even called the moment I made the appointment to ensure the right tint was ordered.I drove 45min. To have the window installed and had to my day planned out to which I could not go exchange vehicles and make a new appointment to get the right window.I will say the staff made the experience as pleasant as possible being friendly and courteous, but disappointed that I now have to spend the money that i saved to get the window tinted to match the rest on a vehicle that is just over a year old. ”
