“SERVICE TECH CALLED ME ON 12-21-13 AT 8:19 AM,FROM THE NUMBER 404-668-4694,HE ASKED ME TO E-MAIL HIM MY ADDRESS AND NAME AND TIME FOR THE REPLACEMENT--I DID FOR 2:OO PM 12-21-13 AT MY ADDRESS-AT 12:15 AM I RIECEVED A E-MAIL FROM 404-668-4694 -- I HAVE TO SCHEDULE FOR SUNDAY AT 11:24-/I CANCELED THIS SERVICE FROM GLASS NET.NOT TO BE RUDE THE ADD I LOOK AT FROM GLASS NET SAID: REPLACEMENT DONE THE NEXT DAY NOT THE 3RD DAY, I TOOK A DAY FROM WORK TO HAVE MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED DEPENDING ON WHAT THE ADD FROM GLASS NET SAID THEY COULD DO AND WHEN..THAKS FROM DAVID LIVELY---NOT TO HAPPY......”

“I found that the windshield was not quite what I had in mind I really do not mean to give negative in anyway but I was a little disappointed in the glass that was installed. I wanted original or very close to what I had. Honestly this will do but it is not the type that I thought was clear on our phone conversation The new is a bit lower quality but as I said Over all a deal is a deal. Thanks for asking...........GM”
