I filled out the online quote tool to determine that it made sense to talk to this company. They followed up with a phone call to validate the quote (which was significantly cheaper than Safelite), and set up the tine where they would come to my home to do the repair, and provided easy to understand next steps on what to expect. From there, I received SMS throughout the entire experience to let me know what was next and when (when the tech would arrive with real time updates). They finished the job with quality, on time, and at the price quoted. I hope I would highly recommend Glass America.
