“Novus Glass could not give me a warranty on the glass after pointing out that there was rust on the metal lip that the glass sits on. Technician said that the new sealant would pospone a leak, but would not prevent one in the future. He did not have the materials with him to repair the rust damage.”

“The glass looked great but there was stuff on my car from the quarter panel to the roof, on the sides and most importantly on the fabric in my car which is gonna be a pain to get off. Person was sloppy and did not clean up! ”

“It would have been nice if they had cleaned up the broken glass that they replaced. Service was prompt, professional, reasonably priced and convenient. Leaving the broken glass in my backseat took away from an otherwise excellent rating of this transaction. In all fairness, they told me that they would not clean it up before they started, but they should consider adding the cleaning up of the broken glass a part of their service. Otherwise, they were great!!! ”
