“The gentlemen that replaced the windshield called me on my cell as no one was home when he arrived (as planned) and he told me that he could not replace the windshield because the car was parked in the driveway and it had a few inches of snow on it and he needed to use the garage because it was too cold to replace the windshield in the driveway. I told him I could be home in 10 minutes and open the garage for his use. When I arrived home, he was sitting his his van and he did not even brush the snow off the car. I pulled in the driveway, opened the garage door and he watched me brush the snow off the car. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I then had to go to work with wet feet. On the positive note, I believe he did a decent job on the replacement windshield.”
