“The service man was nice, professional and fast. The only problem I had was that there were two hair line scratches each about a half inch long in the windshield directly after the install. Other than that the windshield looks great.”

“Good experience overall. Only issue was I was told they'd arrive at my home to do the replacement between 9am-1pm and would call before heading over. At 12:45 I hadn't heard anything and hadn't received a call. Since I didn't have the luxury of being home all day, I called at that time and was told that because of the rain earlier in the morning the schedule was (understandable) thrown off and that someone would be there at 1:15. He arrived around 1:10 and was done in 20 min. Have no qualms with the service and loved the price, but a follow up call letting me know what was going on would have been helpful. I'll use you guys again and will recommend to others. Thanks”

“The morning after we were contacted by this company, he did show up when promised. He replaced the windshield, however several hours later when my son got in his vehicle the "new" windshield was cracked. We called the gentleman who told us he would be out on monday to replace the cracked "new" windshield. Thursday came and he called to say he would arrive approx. between 4-5. Around 6:00 pm we continuosly tried to connect this gentleman with no success. It is now Friday morning and he called early this morning to say he wouldnt be able to replace the "new" windshield until maybe tomorrow, because he supposedly got into a car accident and all his glass broke?? And now he possibly can replace it on Saturday. REALLY??? It has now been a week since we first made contact. He has given us excuse after excuse and now my son hasnt been able to drive his vehicle for nearly a week. I understand the glass may have broken and it was beyond his control, however, he stated he guarntees his work??? Why then have we had to wait for a week for that guarentee?? Im very dissappointed in the subsequent service we have received. Glass Net I would look into this company before recommending them to anyone.”
