“There was a problem with the broken glass falling into the lock, (not their fault) and making the back hatch impossible to open. They did get it open after much extra work. No extra charge for this extra work. ”

The service was originally scheduled for a Friday but they called me and told me they would be willing to work any day at any time! They worked with my schedule to get it done and have everything ready for me by the time I got home. I was amazed with this excellent customer service! Keep it up, all of you!”
