“The technician did a great job on my windshield. He discovered small scratches on the new windshield he brought to my house after removing the protective plastic and cleaning. He offered to install the scratched glass and return the next day to install a new one. I didn't need to drive the vehicle so I just told him to come back the next day with a new one. I thought he went above and beyond to offer to install and then take it back out the next day to install a new one. Thank you”
