The only thing I could offer as my advice (being a business owner myself) is put them in some company polo shirts or t-shirts with a logo - and it ups the professionalism. Other than that - they were great, quick, polite and did a great job - no issues with my windshield yet (it's been less than 24 hours) but so far - so good.”

“Although the installer was great, when I spoke on the telephone with the Glassnet customer service guy, he promised me that the reason why he was charging me significantly more is because I was getting an OEM (original equipment) window with the Lexus logo etched. That is not what I got, instead I got a replacement window that is not an OEM. The installer explained this to me but due to the fact that I was going on a trip I could not cancel my installation and defer it.'
