“They were honest and very helpful upon arrival at repair location and spent time putting a temporary fix on my car until I could call them back for my piece. Unfortunately I was unable to pay or tip the men for the service because of this serious customer service flaw: the rapid response phone assessment yet verbally thorough, was not requiring of any visual components ie. no photos? Their phone rep took my admittedly car ignorant description and sent me an automated Square payment form for $430 which he tried to have me pay sight unseen, job undone. Since the men came from over the bridge and immediately saw the glass would not fit into my obviously bent vehicle, their trip had been to deliver bad news but generously cover my window space, protecting it from the rain...not without stating clearly: "let me call the big boss, hes not going to like it. Umm, like what? I asked if he wanted pictures. Somehow I felt guilty when they left. Like it wasnt bad enough that I had just days ago been rear-ended at 55mph by a lifted GMC while stopped at a red light and had the back half of my small sedan become apart of highway101. I'd like to tip via square for the work they did to but it's only set to ;$430 so I can't. 5 stars for the tape service, my car stayed dry through the rain. ”
