“the serviceman did not have the tools needed to finishe the job. I lost three hours of work that day, then another two the next day when he came to finish the job. He was supposed to be there at 8:00 in the morning to finish the job but didn't show up until 10:00”

“The man arrived during the appointed time. The only criticism I have is that the appointment cannot be scheduled in a smaller increment than 1/2 day. I was given a choice of morning or afternoon, I chose afternoon, and he arrived at 4:45pm when the window was 12 to 5pm.”

“I was pleased with the glass company. Although when I placed my order i indicated that there might be additional parts needed. The glass company was not aware of this and my service was delayed.I think that it should have been addressed at the time I ordered service.I also think I shouldn't owe any more money for the additional parts.”
