“The man that fixed my windshield arrived right on time and was very friendly. He answered my questions and sent me a pic text when my car was done (I was unable to stay with the car or come back to it because I was at work). I appreciate the business that I had with him!”

“Re: Gerber Collision I was amazed at how fast I was contacted after entry of my info on the glass.net site. The last I spoke to was polite, patient, to the point and pleasant to speak with. She had confirmed what I needed, what they could do for me, and when. The work was scheduled for the next day. The glass tech contacted me several times through out the day to confirm and narrow down exactly when he would come to replace the windshield. When the time came, he was punctual polite, and professional. Within an hour I had a new windshield installed, payment made, and receipt emailed. Couldn't have been a better experience, perhaps if it were free, but that's not realistic. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use these folks again, or recommend them to others.”
