“I really appreciated that they waited around an extra 15 minutes when they couldn't reach me on the phone at first.”

“Whay i would like to see is to have have the driver call the client when he has finished a job and is going to the next client's house. If the technician is unable to make it to the clients house then the dispatcher/scheduler should call to reschedule the next appointment.' '' '' '' 'I was qouted a time frame of 9a-5p. I did not get any type of phone call on the status of the technician. I had to constantly call the dispacher office/technician to get a status update. I had to call the technician to learn that he would be unable to make his appointment for my car and he said that he would call me back in an hour for a reschedule. I waited an 1.5 hours and did not hear from him, so i called him back. Only to learn that he was @ home and he had not talked to his disptacher yet.' '' '' '' 'I will say that the service was great, but the run around was rather annoying.”

“THE INSTALLER WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT AND FAST. I HAVENT DROVE MY CAR YET BUT IT LOOKS NEAT AND CLEAN.”

“I had to wait a week because there was a breakdown in communication. When we went, the two people in the shop were not friendly and were in a rushed hurry. They got the job done within 45 minutes and sent us on our way. Not impressed - we didn't even get a hello from them. So far the window seems fine, though. Only time will tell...”

“Requested a morning time, but didn't come until 4pm. However, I was called in the morning and given the new time frame. I still had to stay at work an extra hour longer though. Once he got there, he was nice and finished quickly.”
