“Old rubber stripping was left discarded in driveway for me to clean up after installer had left and at completion of job we were informed we had to buy a plastic strip from SAAB that goes over the side edges of the windshield because what he had removed was old and broken. We were left to feel not sure if this is generally the case or if installer was just not accepting responsibilty for piece. We now have to go and buy the piece so job is yet to be fully completed. I don't want to complain about his work, he came when he said he would and completed the job, in the heat, in a timely fashion but we were left feeling unsure if what we were being told is the truth or not.”

“The service was vey fast and prompt, However, they brought the wrong windshield glass - it did not have tinting and the visor shade. I had asked them for tinting and the visor shade and they said it was an OEM windshield. So beware of misrepresentation and selling you the wrong part.”
