“The night that i had my car broken into was very stressful for me, seeing as this was the first time it had happened to me. Later that evening I searched online for repairstations that were open on Saturdays. I came across a three step online questionare to assist me in finding the service center. after submitting the form, I wondered if I would have to miss out of work for several days because of lask of transportation. the very next day bright and early seven in the AM i recieved a call from sterling auto glass asking if I still needed assistance. I was told that by ten AM there would be a service truck comming to my house to fix my window. By 11am I had my window replaced my keys back in my hand and my car cleaner than it had been before the service man entered my car. I would strongly reccomend this particular shop to all of my co-workers and family members. I feel that I recieved the best customer care from this company than I have ever recieved ever, from any company. The price was also exactly what I was quoted online. Thank you very much.”

“Fenkell Glass is located in Troy and was not sure whether they will be able to replace my windshield, however the service manager called me and said that they will be able to fit it in as their service truck will be serving in our area that day. I waited the whole day for their truck to arrive to service my car. I called twice the day of my service and was assured that a service person will be servicing my car between 8am - 5:00pm. At around 2:00pm I got a call saying that their truck broke down and will not be able to service my vehicle. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop next day and got it serviced promplty and saved $ from the quote I got from the website.”

“When I used glass.net I didn't get a response from Safety Auto Glass. I went to Safety Auto Glass's website myself and contacted them and was able to schedule a time to get my windshield replaced. The guy called me Monday evening to set up something for Tuesday, talked about maybe 2PM or possibly noon but nothing was ever schedule, then said he'd call me early in the morning to arrange a good time for his company and myself. The next morning I got a call at 930 while I was still asleep from the installer telling me that he was outside. I was glad to get this done, but would have liked to know what time they guys were coming. I was surprised they came without notice.”
