“a) The only point where I would complain is that the previously arranged time was not respected at 09:30 and I came up with my schedule by today. On the day for afternoon I had to do other very important issues, which is why the car would have to be made in the morning. Because no one appeared at the agreed time, the windshield was made in the afternoon after my visit to the doctor. b) I felt in expert professional hands and the work was was finished as expected quick, clean and high quality. c) I have exact $ 150 saved; because another company had so much demanded more. d) I have all the phone numbers now in case of a next time with a glass issue.”
