“I was told that the driver would call me around 9am to give me the 2 hour window. He called around 9:30am to say that he would at my car between 10am-12pm. This was not a big problem but the problem was that I could hardly understand his english. I had to ask him (very loudly from my office desk) what he was saying and then repeat myself as well. This, I think, is very unprofessional! He also, did not leave the car or inside of the windshield very clean. He should have put paper down on the floor if he was going to put his feet on it.Otherwise, I would still recommend them.”

“Installer called my home to say he would be in on Wed between 8-12pm. I waited until 11:45am and called the shop where I was told I wasn't on the schedule with them. So, they rescheduled for Friday 9 am and was pleased when the repairman did arrive before 9am and fixed the windshield promptly and professionaly.”

“They were great considering the customer service department never changed the service location on the order after I called them and told them they had it wrong as well as not putting the correct phone number for the person receiving the service. We did this as a Birthday present for our daughter and they still listed my number as the contact. So the installer was great once he was able to connect all the dots that your customer service department did not give him.”

“Despite the fact that I had to reschedule 4 times because I really wanted an afternoon time instead of morning time, once we got a time that worked everything went great with the install. The price was also quite good. ”

“Had set for a Home install but he called the morning of and said the weather was bad and wanted to reschedual. I had adjusted my schedule so I just took the car down to the shop. A little inconvient but I got the window replaced which was what I needed.”
