Although they were several hours late, the kept me well updated about when they expected to arrive. 2006 Toyota Prius | 4 Door Hatchback
First impressions: the phone rep that set up my appointment was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The rep was very thorough and covered all the bases: A+. The technician was a pleasure to deal with, as well: he installed the window to my pretty meticulous liking, and the re-assembly of the door was ideal. The interior clean-up could improve as there were still some shards of broken glass that I vacuumed myself. Also, I spotted very minor scratches on my interior vinyl due to removal of the doorcard. I understand that removing the interior plastics are difficult to remove flawlessly, but I still felt this could improve, also. All and all, I was satisfied with the efficient service I received, though a bit upset that the window glass was a nudge off OEM fitting. 2004 Subaru Impreza | 4 Door Sedan
