The bad: Service was a week late. I stayed home all day on the original promised service date. I spoke to the service man the day before my week late service date and he said he would call me at 0800 the following day, (he did not). Service man tried to blame his late call on me. My phone logged his call on Friday morning at 0950, he claimed he had been trying for hours. He stated he was never told by the booking agent that my address was not viewable on google and to use the arrowbear fire station as a location, as my driveway is next to theirs and I have 3 farm tractors in my driveway as way of a land mark.
