Great service 2013 Ford Flex | 4 Door Utility
I think that the technician that came out did a great job. I was promised a receipt to my email but haven't received that yet. Everything else was fine. 2013 Toyota Corolla | 4 Door Sedan
Fast, on time and priced right! 2005 Nissan Pathfinder | 4 Door Utility
Scheduled windshield replacement on phone. I was informed my insurance wasn't acceptable because they take to long to pay so I was told I'd have to pay out of pocket and submit it to my insurance for reimbursement. I agreed since I was guaranteed that my windshield would be replaced the same day. So, here's why I don't recommend this company: *Estimated scheduled time was noon, but he didn't show up until around 2. *The windshield has an extra mount at the top for some kind of sensor I don't have on my vehicle so it's quite an eye sore and a bit distracting to passengers. *Mid way through the replacement Robert told me that his credit card reader hasn't been working and asked if I had a check I could write him. He did NOT inform me of this on the phone when scheduling. When I said I don't carry a check book it got awkward. I offered to PayPal him through my app and he refused that. I offered to send him a photo of my credit card so he could charge it when he got back to his office, he said it wouldn't work. The only option he offered was go to an ATM. So, he ended up following me down the road to a 7/11. He stayed in his unmarked white van while I went in and withdrew the $350. It was extremely uncomfortable to complete this transaction with him sitting in his van and me standing at his window. I can only imagine what it looked like to passersby. I had to wait for him to e-mail me a receipt which only showed what he was charging me and not that I actually paid. So, the one positive is that Robert did complete the replacement within 30 minutes, but this was after I waited in a parking lot for over 2 hours. 2014 Toyota Highlander Hybrid | 4 Door Utility
Robert Jackson was very professional, prompt, skilled and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend him. He even waited a few minutes so I could take a short test drive on the highway to check for any air leakage. 2008 Nissan Altima | 4 Door Sedan
