They arrived on time and replaced the glass in less than an hour. Very convenient overall. Only a couple small issues. The online quote was $221, but the final price when they arrived was $240. Still way better than the $360 that Safelite quoted. The person I talked to on the phone (main office-Chicago?) indicated that it would be a three day wait to get the glass. When the local shop (Frederick, MD) called, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could get the glass and install it the next morning. Apparently the main office does not have access to the most current info. Also, the technician was unable to get all the glass fragments out of the bottom of the door so it rattles when the door is closed now. He said the glass would eventually fall out the drain holes in the door so that should only be a temporary inconvenience. 2013 Ford Fiesta | 4 Door Hatchback
