There was a mix up on the part needed and the service installer immediately called the office and the warehouse to see about getting it right. He gave me an opportunity to inspect the work and even stayed longer to clean up some broken glass that he had missed in the clean up process. The whole installation took about 45 minutes, maybe an hour and the work looks excellent. You cannot even tell that there was damage or repair done. The final cost was even less than quote.
