Timely, great rates and professional installers! 2007 Nissan Pathfinder | 4 Door Utility
The guys showed up over an hour late. I asked them if they had a vacuum so clean up the glass parts still in the car and they said yes, but it seems like they only vacuumed up the big pieces. I had a glass sliver in my hand when I went to wipe the seat, and then I found glass pieces under the seat as well. I left the blue tape for 24 hours as they recommended, when I went to take it off, it left marks on the frame and window. Sorry if I am too picky but for $250 dollars I was expecting better service. The window looks fine, but really anyone could have fixed that window, well not anyone but... any other business in the area would have done the job, it's the customer service that separates the good companies from the great ones. Yours, I have to say, judging from the guys you sent, is a mediocre business. 2008 Scion TC | 2 Door Coupe
