“When I made the choice it was for same day service or next day in this case. I had to wait an extra day and that is my onely gripe other than that i felt the pricing. The rep was great, fast polite, but I wish a little more effort had been made to clean up the broken glass in the car it would not have been that much more to ask. Overall experience good just alittle more customer service would have made it exceptional”
