“My comment is that when we called in the morning to find out about getting someone out same day, originally we were told that if someone would be out the same day. After calling back to make the appointment we were told someone couldn't be out until the next day. All of this was fine by me, I thought all this within 24 hours awesome. The next morning came, by now I've made arrangements to stay home from work so I could get this taken care of and not have to drive in the cold with no window and an hour into the 3 hour service window I received a call from someone letting me know if the glass came in damaged and that they would not be able to come out to me until Thursday. Thursday is three days later from the original call. Okay granted one day was a holiday, Christmas Day, the morning in question is Christmas eve, but at the end of the day... after all said and done, the workmanship was terrific. The second appointment went smoothly and without problem. I do appreciate the service. The Service technician should receive very high marks as he was incredibly nice, patient and quick. Also. the call center person should receive high marks for the original appointment made and their friendliness. My annoyance and reasons for less than high marks are due to the fact that I had to wait several days to have it fixed and was led to believe that this could of been fixed right away. That is why why we chose to make the appt with this company instead of somebody else. Thank you very much.”

Mini Cooper Windshield Replacement
3 5 1

2006 Mini Cooper | 2 Door Hatchback

“I absolutely hate writing a bad review, but a lot went wrong with a simple window replacement! Our weed-eater shot a rock into the back window of my Mini Cooper. I reviewed a few companies online and chose this company because they had a couple of good reviews and they could make it the same day. My insurance deductible is $500 and their quote was $330, so it was also a bonus to not have to go through my insurance. The technician was right on time, but brought a window that was wired on the wrong side. He also couldn't remove the back wiper from its assembly and broke off one of its supports trying. The worst part is that he left a three inch dented crease in the paint of my car. The technician said he wasn't sure if it had been there before, or not. The weird thing is that he had already tried to get the dent out causing part of it to pucker out. He obviously knew he had dented it. Luckily my daughter had taken before pictures, because she thought the cracked glass looked pretty and you could see that the dent had not been there before. The company couldn't get the right window and had to get wiring extensions for the defrost and wiper. After sending them before and after pictures, they had a mobile dent repair come and fix the dent, which looks ok, not perfect. I had to pay the Mini Cooper dealership to put my old wiper back in, but because the technician broke off a support, there's excessive play in the wiper. Plus it cost $180. The owner had talked about getting me a new wiper assembly from a junk yard, but either couldn't find one or he didn't like the price. They never have called me back. In the future, I will go through my insurance. They would have paid for genuine parts instead of cheap stuff with add-ons. Plus, they would have been cheaper after my Mini bill and the new window tint. The owner was a nice guy. He just didn't want to lose money on the job.”
