“The technician was suppose to arrive at my location between3PM-4PM and I was told that he would call me when he was on his way. When I realized that the tech was late I called the shop they told me they would have him call me and he was on his way that was at 4:40PM he never called. I called the shop again an hour later and they were closed. The technician showed up finally at 7:15 claiming that he got lost. I understand that things happen but a simple phone call to update me would made a world of difference. ”

“The night that i had my car broken into was very stressful for me, seeing as this was the first time it had happened to me. Later that evening I searched online for repairstations that were open on Saturdays. I came across a three step online questionare to assist me in finding the service center. after submitting the form, I wondered if I would have to miss out of work for several days because of lask of transportation. the very next day bright and early seven in the AM i recieved a call from sterling auto glass asking if I still needed assistance. I was told that by ten AM there would be a service truck comming to my house to fix my window. By 11am I had my window replaced my keys back in my hand and my car cleaner than it had been before the service man entered my car. I would strongly reccomend this particular shop to all of my co-workers and family members. I feel that I recieved the best customer care from this company than I have ever recieved ever, from any company. The price was also exactly what I was quoted online. Thank you very much.”
