“No called back, on hold for 2 minutes plus. Finally offered to show up two days later. Went to local shop, done in an hour and $100 cheper than your quoted price. Just waste of time going to your web site!!!”

“My one real complaint would be promptness. I signed up on the Internet to have someone contact me - no one ever did, I had to call. Then I scheduled a MORNING appointment for the next day. I was told someone would call to let me know when they were coming. No one called me, I had to call at around 11 AM. At that time, I was told the technician would arrive between "now and 3". 3 PM is not morning. I was told they would call me 20 minutes before to let me know they were coming. The technician showed up at 3:10 and called me from the parking lot where I work. So no one called me 20 minutes ahead like they said they would and he was 10 minutes late. So that makes 3 calls I was told to expect that I did not get. Once he actually arrived, everything went quickly and smoothly.”
