I filled out the online quote tool to determine that it made sense to talk to this company. They followed up with a phone call to validate the quote (which was significantly cheaper than Safelite), and set up the tine where they would come to my home to do the repair, and provided easy to understand next steps on what to expect. From there, I received SMS throughout the entire experience to let me know what was next and when (when the tech would arrive with real time updates). They finished the job with quality, on time, and at the price quoted. I hope I would highly recommend Glass America. “Services were on time and done correctly. Price was better than all others who quoted me a price to replace rear window on my car. Quotes were 80 to 150 dollars more than price I paid Alpha. I checked with four different installers. Guy who did the job seemed to know what he was doing. My only complaint is the guy could have been a little more personable with personality and should have been better dressed (a uniform perhaps) for that reason I took away a star otherwise I am satisfied with the price and service. The young lady on the phone was very friendly, polite and professional and very easy to talk with. Thanks Alpha I appreciate your help and competitive pricing. It feels good not to have been ripped off for an emergency unexpected repair on my car. ”
